BRADLEY G. HAWKINS:
Brad graduated from Whitehouse High School in 1980. He started building
transmissions in 1983 in Jacksonville, Texas. After working in Jacksonville

TRANSMISSIONS, in Whitehouse, Texas, April 15,1998, with his wife Darleen.

Transmission Seminar every year to keep current on the manufacturing
changes, latest diagnostic techniques and repair procedures. He also
attended the Automatic Transmission Rebuilders Association (ATRA) Powertrain

Brad started racing in 1984 and saw that there was a need for a racing
transmission that would hold up longer in dirt track racing, so in 1990 he
developed the Race-A-Matic transmission. Brad's powerglide Race-A-Matic has
been a big success and is sold all over the United States.
